Elisa has over 15 years of experience in public accounting providing tax planning and compliance services to clients. With extensive technical knowledge in state and local tax planning, Elisa manages projects relating to state tax compliance, income franchise tax, consulting, and credits and incentives.
Prior to joining HCVT, Elisa worked for KPMG. She holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California as well as a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Communications from the University of California, San Diego. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
