Jonathan has over 25 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and their related businesses, estates, and trusts. He focuses on providing tax consultation to help his clients achieve their estate planning, gifting, and charitable giving goals. Jonathan also provides services to large partnerships and corporations in various industries like real estate, hospitality, media & entertainment, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and professional services. Jonathan has assisted in the representation of clients before the IRS and FTB with audits and appeals. He resolves state notices and assists in the dissolution of inactive business entities.
Jonathan received his Master of Taxation from Golden Gate University and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University. He has an Accounting Certificate from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and completed the University of San Diego’s School of Law Paralegal Certificate Program. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
