Annie has over ten years of public accounting experience providing audit and assurance services to businesses in the manufacturing, retail, and distribution industry sectors. She serves middle-market private companies. Annie addresses various accounting issues such as inventory valuation, product warranties, share-based compensation, and complex equity financing transactions. Annie also has experience in accounting for employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).
In addition, Annie provides audit and assurance services to professional services businesses with a specialization serving law firms. She understands the accounting considerations for large global law firms including Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting (OCBOA) reporting method. During her career, she has also addressed uncommon revenue recognition scenarios including barter transactions, advertising revenue, and retransmission revenue, among others.
Annie graduated magna cum laude from the California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
