She has worked with clients across several industries, including manufacturing, retail and distribution, media and entertainment, technology, real estate and hospitality, and private equity and investment advisory. Yolanda’s expertise includes income tax compliance and consulting, resolving state tax controversies, conducting state tax nexus reviews, and assisting with apportionment issues, among other state tax consulting services.
Yolanda is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Woman's University.
