Soheil is a principal with over 16 years of public accounting experience. His expertise centers on partnerships, as well as the regulatory requirements and taxation of real estate investment trusts (REITs) that hold residential and commercial properties. Soheil is adept at managing complex tax compliance calculations and providing tax consulting services. He serves clients in various industries, including professional services, private equity, investment advisory, and real estate.
Soheil began his public accounting career at Deloitte. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business & administration with a marketing concentration from Kent State University and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
