Robin has over 30 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to high net worth individuals and their families, closely held businesses, partnerships, trusts, and exempt organizations. In addition to her significant experience providing income tax planning services, Robin addresses the tax complexities associated with estate and gift tax planning, stock option and retirement planning, business succession planning, planning for sales of businesses, charitable giving strategies, and tax-exempt organizations. She has extensive experience working with family offices.
Robin is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Robin also holds a designation as a Personal Financial Specialist (“PFS”). The PFS accreditation is for CPA’s who specialize in personal financial planning and is awarded exclusively to AICPA members who have extensive experience in this discipline. Additionally, Robin served as the only non-attorney member of the California State Bar’s Tax Law Advisory Council. Robin graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in economics with an accounting emphasis. Active in her community, Robin currently serves as an Ambassador for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and serves as an officer and a director for three non-profit organizations in the Los Angeles area.
