Michael has over 25 years of experience providing audit services to middle-market private companies. His industry experience includes serving clients in the manufacturing, retail, and distribution industry sectors. He also serves regional, national, and global law firms. In addition to providing audit, review, and compilation services, Michael conducts agreed-upon procedure engagements assisting clients in the evaluation of fraud, internal controls, and inventory costs, among other business process areas. Michael has also provided clients with recommendations for process improvement for internal controls over financial reporting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
