Ken has extensive experience serving entertainment professionals, professional athletes, and related entities. In serving entertainment professionals and professional athletes, he addresses complex tax issues such as partnership allocations, state income tax apportionment, and foreign tax compliance requirements for clients working outside the US. In addition to serving high-net-worth individuals, Ken has experience in the real estate, professional service organizations, and entertainment industry sectors. Ken’s professional service organizations clients include talent agencies, talent management companies, and law firms. Ken has deep experience addressing the complexities associated with partnership taxation. He has significant experience providing tax planning and compliance services across the full spectrum of the real estate industry. He has served real estate owners, developers, investors, and property managers and has experience with a variety of asset classes, including residential and commercial.
Ken is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He holds a Master of Business Taxation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
