Jayson serves clients in the private equity industry sector. He has over 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to entities within the fund cycle including fund entities, investment vehicles, management companies, general partner promote vehicles and executive co-investment vehicles. He has worked with both upper-tier and lower-tier entities. He conducts analyses of the tax consequences related to corporate acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, divestitures, and liquidations. Jayson is responsible for the timely delivery of investor tax reporting. Jayson began his career at KPMG. He has a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
