Jerry Pirozzi is a tax principal in the firm’s Long Beach office specializing in income tax compliance matters related to partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations, high net worth individuals, tax compliance, tax planning and general business consulting services for a variety of clients.

Jerry has extensive experience regarding property tax compliance matters and has been a client representative before state/county boards in property tax valuation appeal hearings and negotiations. He has also been a client representative regarding California sales/use tax compliance matters. Additionally, Jerry has worked with many clients related to tax incentive programs; most notable is the California Enterprise Zone credit program. He assists clients in closely-held, owner-managed businesses in industries ranging from hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, shipping and transportation as well as web and print media.

Jerry received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University and a master’s in taxation at the University of Southern California. Jerry is a member of the California Society of Certified
