Hans joined HCVT in August of 2010. Prior to joining HCVT, Hans spent twelve years with Deloitte & Touche and Grant Thornton in Los Angeles, primarily focusing on the needs of closely held entities and their owners, while also serving several private equity owned entities and public companies. He has served clients in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, law firms and banking. Hans provides tax services to high net worth individuals, S-corporations, partnerships and LLCs, and C-corporations, including FAS109 and FIN48 services. Hans will be based in HCVT’s Pasadena and Santa Monica offices.

Hans received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Whittier College, a master’s in accountancy from California State University, Los Angeles, and a master’s in taxation from the University of Southern California. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
