Tax

Norm joined HCVT in January 1998 as a senior tax manager. Prior to joining HCVT, Norm was a senior tax manager for a large local accounting firm located in West Los Angeles for seven years.

Norm provides tax and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, professional service companies, post-production companies, real estate professionals, as well as professionals in the entertainment industry. He has also successfully represented his clients in front of the Internal Revenue Services, Franchise Tax Board, and other government agencies.

Norm is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPA’s. He’s a member of the planning committee for the California CPA Education Foundation and has spoken at the L.A. Times Investment Conference and to other various groups on tax law changes and updates.

Norm received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge in 1987 and a master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1994.
