Carol
Frischer graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann
Arbor and her career as a collections manager began more than
19 years ago with one of the largest public accounting firms
in Los Angeles. Her unique and positive approach to collecting
past due accounts has made her a much sought-after consultant
to multi-million dollar corporations. Over the years, Carol
has collected large sums of money for clients across the country.
She has successfully collected past due receivables from debtors
in other countries by simply placing a phone call and has
had clients pay their debts even after they filed bankruptcy.
Carol was featured in a BusinessWeek Online article
title "How
to Beat the Deadbeats." Carol provides lots
of tips on making sure you collect what you're owed: "You
do get tough, but you don't have to get nasty." She
also had an article in the TAXPRO Quarterly Journal Spring
Edition entitiled "When

About the Book
Carol
shares the secrets of her success in her book Collections
Made Easy (Career Press Publishing) which became the third
best selling book on collections at Barnes and Noble within
three months after its release. She is a contributing writer
for several magazines including the Los Angeles Business
Journal and Professional Collectors Magazine and
writes a popular monthly column for National Credit News
called "Carol's Corner," which addresses various
collection questions from credit managers across the United
States and Canada.
About the Seminars
In 1997, Carol created a comprehensive seminar entitled "Collecting
Accounts Receivable." The seminar is based upon the contents
of her book and Carol is currently presenting her "Collections
Made Easy" seminars throughout the United States. Carol
incorporates humor in her presentations and her message is
directed to both personal and business situations. People
from coast to coast have left her seminars inspired, motivated
and armed with ideas they could put to use immediately.
